Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you wear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item(s).

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Exclusions: Final sale items, undergarments, swimwear, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Process: To initiate a return, please email us at textile@larsengraphics.com with your order number.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll be notified once the refund is processed.
Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for a different size or color of the same item.

Exchanges are processed as soon as we receive your original item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right—at no extra cost to you.
