Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been sent.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

• We currently ship within the U.S.

• Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

• We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and the best available rate.

Order Tracking

• Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your order’s journey to your doorstep.

International Shipping

• At this time, we only ship to the U.S. We’re working on expanding our reach—stay tuned!

• The Great Lakes weather can be unpredictable! While we work hard to get your order out quickly, shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather or high-volume seasons.
